We are proud that our focus and initiatives are designed to reward those who are willing to work and invest in themselves. The earlier they start and the harder and more effectively Pathfinders affiliates work, the greater their rewards can become.
Education Focus
We orient our entire value chain on education by awarding sweat equity scholarships to students who volunteer with us and in their communities, and who plug into our development programs. And, our “Affiliates” can earn money for their education 529 Accounts. This is a win-win relationship.
Industry
Industry is the engine that drives our ability to deliver funds for scholarships and 529 education funds. Pathfinders Community Stores is our first expression of this ideology.
Personal Development
Education involves 3 important components: Knowledge, Thinking and Wisdom. A lot of attention gets paid to the first two, but wisdom is often left out. Our materials address Leadership, Career and Professional Development.
